Eighteen months ago Robert from Property Whiz found for my wife and I, a house and land package on the Gold Coast. He arranged the finance with a minimum of fuss. When the house was built some 6 months later we moved in much to the delight of my wife and young son.
After the birth of our daughter last December we wanted some extra cash to consolidate our debts and buy some furniture for our new daughter. Robert again handled the finance and much to our surprise the value of our house had gone up by $120K in such a short period of time.

Robert and the Propertywhiz Team helped me to purchase my first property.
At 25 years old, had no deposit and no confidence to make such a large defining decision on my own. Robert sourced the property, structured a 100% loan, which gave me the power to move forward.
My property is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom older style Unit right on a golf course! Then the Propertywhiz team organised a great renovation which cost me $5000. I paid $162K. Today’s value is $212K and I now rent it out at $275 per week.

I was frustrated! As a single 27 year old, renting an apartment in an inner city Sydney suburb, I was earning an above average wage but still could not afford to by a home in Sydney. I contacted ‘Propertywhiz’ in Queensland and learned my first valuable real estate lesson.
“In order to buy your first home (in Sydney) you need to buy your first house (somewhere else)”.
Propertywhiz explained some key points and showed me HOW to buy a property in my circumstances! They explained several strategies combining Tax benefits and property location selection to benefit me!
I now own a new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom air-conditioned duplex in Toowoomba, QLD. I paid $225K for the property and receive rent of $235 per week! Propertywhiz organized a 95% loan requiring me to find $23K to complete the deal!

That was a stretch but SO much easier than finding the $40K deposit I needed to buy in Sydney.

18months later, my property is valued at $265K and I receive $250 per week rent and receive tax advantages. NOW, with the equity in the first property, I am purchasing a second investment property.
