Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Fees

No.1 Option - Full Service

$1500 + GST = $1,650 up-front non refundable payment.
2% success fee + GST less the $1500 + GST already paid
Properties over $750K by negotiation

No.2 Option - Evaluation Service

$750 + GST = $825 up front non refundable payment.
2% success fee + GST less the $750 + GST already paid
Properties over $750K by negotiation

No.3 Option - Auction Service

$500 + GST up front non refundable payment
$500 + GST success fee

No.4 Option - Property Investment Analysis (PIA)

Finance Broker Agent Fees

We do NOT make a charge to our clients to arrange their finance!
This is payable by the financial institution, NOT the client, and we will disclose that fee once we know the loan is approved.
Banks and financial institutions usually pay their Brokers a commission varying from .6% to 1.5% of the loan amount.

Each client’s financial requirements are different. The degree of difficulty in settling the loan varies with the client’s requirement and the loans available to suit the clients particular circumstances.

NOTE: Application fees VARY from one Financial institution to another.
The client will be required to pay that application fee in advance, to that institutuion, as standard practice.

Property Management Fees

To arrange a tenant, our client will be required to pay any print media advertising.

Our letting fee is 1 week’s rent.

Management fees are 5% of gross rent + GST per annum or part thereof.

Supervision of renovations or repairs will be on a case by case quotation.
